内容提要在思想史上,社会因素对经济发展的影响曾得到高度重视。而从经济学和社会学跨学科的视角思考我国时下的供给侧结构性改革,我们也应该关注社会结构对经济增长的影响。为此,本文尝试探讨社会结构的核心因素——社会分层对经济增长的影响。关于现代经济增长,理论与实践均证明了创新(包括创业)在其中的核心作用,而从社会分层的视角,当考虑创新群体形成的职业阶层与其他职业阶层间存在差异时,这种阶层差异就可能对创新进而对增长产生影响。本文在基于创新的增长模型的基础上,引入职业分层这一重要的现代社会结构因素,利用理论模型解析职业分层结构通过对创新的影响而作用于经济长期增长的影响机制。并进一步分析了影响职业分层的人才选考制度对经济增长可能产生的不同效应,以及不同创新效率下分层结构影响效应的差异。在此基础上,本文尝试利用我国相关的省际面板数据对理论分析的主要结论进行实证检验。最后,我们讨论了本文分析的现实意义。 
AbstractIn the history of thoughts, the influence of social factors on the economic development has received great attention. Research on supply-side structural reform in China from the perspective of economics and sociology also require our concern for the effect of social structure on economic growth. This paper tries to analyze the impact of social stratification on economic growth. In modern growth theory, the crucial role of innovation has been proved both theoretically and empirically. From the perspective of social stratification, the differences between the professional class formed by the innovation groups and other professional classes may have an impact on innovation, and then on growth. Based on the R&D endogenous growth model, introducing occupational stratification, which is a key element of modern social structure, we build a theoretical model to show how occupational stratification structure affects innovational human capital, and leads to a decline in growth. However, this effect can vary with different innovation efficiency. Besides, different influence of the civil service selection system in the condition of occupational stratification on economic growth can also be explained. Subsequent empirical study confirms the theoretical conclusion. Finally, we briefly discuss the practical implications of this paper.
