| 内容提要 | 本文基于2015年中国家庭金融调查（CHFS）数据，研究了金融普惠对家庭贫困和家庭脆弱性的影响。采用因子分析法构建的家庭金融普惠指数，本文研究发现，金融普惠显著降低了家庭发生贫困和陷入脆弱性的概率。金融普惠在扶贫中发挥了“雪中送炭”的角色，有助于提升扶贫精准度，提高扶贫效率，对家庭和社区冲击共同导致的脆弱性则有更大的影响。进一步研究发现，社区金融普惠同样显著降低了社区贫困和脆弱性状况，并且有助于缓解社区收入差距对减贫产生的负向影响。最后，本文发现金融普惠可以通过增加人力资本投资、促进工商业生产经营、培养金融投资意识、平滑家庭消费、以及选择正规贷款等渠道，对降低家庭贫困及脆弱性产生积极影响。 |
| Abstract | Using 2015 China Household Finance Survey（CHFS）data, the paper investigates the effect of financial inclusion on households’ poverty and vulnerability. Based on the household financial inclusion index constructed by the factor analysis method, we find financial inclusion can significantly decrease probabilities of poverty and vulnerability. Financial inclusion plays a timely role in poverty alleviation, helps to promote its accuracy, and has a larger effect on vulnerabilities originated from household and community shocks. Moreover, the negative impact of financial inclusion also holds at the community level, and the financial inclusion of the community can decrease the adverse effect of income gap during the poverty reduction. Finally, we find financial inclusion can reduce households’ poverty and vulnerability through increasing human capital investment, promoting entrepreneurship, smoothing household consumption, training the awareness of financial investment, and selecting the formal credit channel. |
