| 内容提要 | 经济增长是经济学的持久性研究主题。但是，在当代经济增长文献中，对影响经济增长的劳资关系始终没有给予考虑。这削弱了增长理论对现实的解释力。本文基于劳资关系对生产和分配的影响，在一个由马克思扩大再生产图式发展而来的动态非均衡的一般增长模型中，遵循马克思经济学传统，将劳资关系纳入模型，分析了不同类型劳资关系下资本积累的内在矛盾运动，从而说明了不同类型的劳资关系对经济增长可持续性产生的不同影响。本文的政策含义在于，当我国经济进入新常态以后，应当构建合作高效的劳资关系协调机制，以保证技术进步带来的经济增长的持续性。 |
| Abstract | This article constructed a dynamic disequilibrium model which is based on Marx's expanded reproduction schema. Under this framework, according to the effect of capital labor relations on production and distribution, this paper analyzed the relation between the capital-labor relations type and the movement of the inherent contradictions of capital accumulation. This enable us to analyze the economic growth will encounter what kind of problems under a certain type of capital-labor relations. |
