政府支持、行业景气与企业扩张决策——基于中小企业调查问卷的分析

| 内容提要 | 中小企业是中国国民经济和社会发展的重要力量，各级政府的政策支持为中小企业的发展提供了保障，能够促进中小企业的扩张。而且，随着行业景气程度的提高，政府支持力度会更大程度得影响企业的扩张决策。也就是说，在经济相对较好（行业前景较好）时，地方政府对中小企业的支持会更大程度得促进企业新产品和新工艺的开发以及海外市场的扩张。研究表明：地方政府应当注意对中小企业支持的时机选择，在经济发展前景相对较好时，应更大程度的鼓励和支持中小企业发展，从而使得政府支持发挥的作用效果更大。 |
| Abstract | Small and medium enterprises are important force for the development of Chinese economy. In order to help their growth, central and local governments exert their efforts in various aspects. And when the industry is much boomer, supporting from local government will be more effective in push the expansion of small and medium enterprises. In another words, when the macro-economy is in boom period, government supporting will stimulate the small and medium firms to do more researches in new products and technology, and to more eager to expand to abroad. Our results show that local government should pay more attention to the time and method of their supporting for small and medium firms in order to be more effectively and efficiently. |
