| 内容提要 | 立足于UNDATA数据库，本文对发达国家和发展中国家经济结构的本质差异及演化规律进行了分析，提出欠发达国家产业结构变迁过程中的资源错配问题。发达国家长期增长中，第三产业的劳动生产率普遍高于或接近于第二产业；而发展中国家正好相反，第三产业劳动生产率普遍低于第二产业。因此，如果在这种情况下套用库兹涅茨规律于发展中国家，在片面强调服务业规模扩张的时候，资源错配就会出现；而且，服务业越发展，资源错配导致的经济增长缺乏效率问题就越突出。 |
| Abstract | Based on UNDATA, this paper analyzes the structural evolution patterns and the structural difference between developed countries and less developed countries. In such circumstances, the problem of resource mismatch in developing countries is presented. The labor productivity of tertiary industry is above that of second industry in developed countries, whereas in developing countries the opposite has been appearing. So, the problem of resource mismatch appears when scale of service sector expands blindly under the guidance of Kuznetsian law. |
